In recent years, I have had to deal with my health a lot for various reasons. But the main reason was the changes associated with menopause and post-menopause.
Around the same time I entered menopause, I began studying TCM. I became very interested in how TCM views women's health and I am now very passionate about this topic, and it is no coincidence that I focus heavily on women's health in my qigong practice.
I would like to share more about this topic to spread the word that:
a. pain during menstruation is not normal,
b. TCM can be an option in cases of infertility,
c. early preventive healthcare can in many cases lead to a better menopause
d. tipps on how to manage and reduce discomfort during and after the menopause.
