Qigong flow to strengthen the immune system. This is an invigorating flow which targes the Lungs and the digestive system.
After practising together for three weeks the flow to strengthen the immune system, it is time to let yourself go into the flow. Once the movements are familiar, you can relax and focus internally. Thus in this class I do not offer any explanations and I'll just give instructions about breathing and some movements, to allow you to keep your concentration on your Qi.
