Wood flow for the Liver - 1

While in some countries the weather is already hot, here in Berlin it still feels more like spring than summer.
After long months of cold weather and isolation due to the pandemic, it is nice to go outside to practice. Thus I want to present a flow for the Wood element, which is particularly nice to do it outside, as the Wood element is associated with the colour green. It is also associated with the Liver and the Gall Bladder. They are affected by stress and frustration and their virtue is kindness.
This is a taught class which includes explanations.
