Qigong flow to release stress - silent practice

Qigong flow to release physical and mental stress. Stress, frustration and anger affect the Liver, thus we will be working with the Liver to clear blockages and using some flows to calm the mind.

After practising together for three weeks the flow to release stress, it is time to let yourself go into the flow. Once the movements are familiar, you can relax and focus internally. Thus in this class I do not offer any explanations and I'll just give instructions about breathing and some movements, to allow you to keep your concentration on your Qi.
